Oshwal Centre Wedding Photographer
Amrita and Karan got married at the lovely Oshwal Centre wedding venue in Potters Bar in March 2025 and their wedding was a proper celebration. Their wedding was the very first Hindu wedding I got to photograph, and I was over the moon; it was also the first wedding of my 2025 season.
The day began with the bride and groom getting ready at the venue, followed by the Milni Ceremony and the main ceremony, which consisted of several parts.
I loved everyone’s outfits, the colours and ornaments they were wearing. The decor of the venue was incredible, and I also enjoyed the tasty food.

Oshwal Centre - A Great Venue for Weddings
Are you looking for a photographer who knows and loves Oshwal Centre to photograph your wedding? I’d love to hear from you.
The Oshwal Centre, situated in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, is the central hub of the Oshwal Association of the U.K. (OAUK), the largest Jain organisation in the country, established in 1968. Set within over 70 acres of picturesque countryside, Oshwal Centre is renowned for its serene environment and cultural significance. The Centre boasts two large halls, each accommodating up to 500 wedding guests, with advanced lighting and sound systems, plasma screens, and Wi-Fi access. At the heart of the Centre lies the Derasar, the first Shikarband Jain Temple in Europe, surrounded by meticulously landscaped gardens. I loved the traditional look of the temple at Oshwal Centre and the ornate character of the main hall where Amrita and Karan’s wedding took place.
Photography at Oshwal Centre
I don’t add any travel costs for weddings I photograph at the Oshwal Centre.
Whether you are planning a more intimate or a lavish wedding, Oshwal Centre is a great choice. There are two getting-ready rooms at the venue so brides and grooms can prepare side by side for their big day. I always like this because it means I get to photograph both preparations without having to travel with my cameras from venue to venue. The main hall is fantastic and can be decorated according to your preferences, and I particularly like the ceremony square as it provides nice framing and light for beautifully composed photos. Oshwal Centre is a paradise for couple time photos. The charming outdoor setting of the venue provides a great backdrop for some lovely portraits, but my favourite of all areas at the Oshwal Centre is the Derasar temple. It is historic, grand and picturesque and is the perfect place for photography.
I truly enjoyed photographing Amrita and Karan’s wedding at the Oshwal Centre. If you are looking for a photographer with a modern approach, who doesn’t pose people but instead tells the real story of your big day through his images, then please get in touch, I’d love to be a part of your wedding.
