I believe having your photos printed in an album is the best way to make the most out of your images. Photos tend to look slightly different on each device or screen you view them and having them printed ensures better colour accuracy. The experience of looking at your images in an album is much better as well, it’s real, it’s more personal and it’s the way it’s meant to look at photographs. Having an album of your proposal, engagement or wedding is a great way to show your photos to your family, friends, or anyone who comes to your home that you want to share them with. Albums are timeless, and they are true keepers of memories. Every time I feel nostalgic or want to remember parts of my childhood, I grab one of the many albums and flick through the pages, sometimes for hours. If you want to be able to experience the emotions of your big day again for many years to come, having an album made is a great way to do so.
Folio Albums - One of the Best in the UK
I work with a company called Folio Albums, which specialises in handcrafted fine art albums. Their albums are luxury, eco-friendly, fine art family and wedding albums for professional photographers. All their albums are handcrafted in Yorkshire and the quality of their albums is fantastic. I offer two types of albums - a 6x6 album for proposal and engagement shoots, and a 12x12 wedding album. Those start at £250 for the proposal album and £500 for the wedding album and they include 10 spreads, or 20 pages, but you can upgrade this further if you wish to.
